- Hybrid schedule, ONSITE in Philadelphia, PA
- $30-32 / hr range
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for retail materials, including but not limited to in-store displays, POP, digital retail screens, and promotional collateral.
- OOH Campaigns: Develop eye-catching visuals for Out-of-Home campaigns, including billboards, transit advertisements, and other outdoor media.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and reinforce brand identity through consistent design elements across all retail and OOH materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business objectives.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) to create high-quality visuals.
- A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of retail and OOH design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with 3D design software.
