Role Overview:
- Contract Role: 8 months
- Pay: $25-28/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
- Schedule: Fully onsite M-F, 9:30AM to 6:30PM with an hour of unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day billing operations and vendor management.
- Process invoices, track payments, and escalate payment delays as needed.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain billing trackers and supporting financial documentation.
- Support expense forecasting and budgeting for the department.
- Validate, reconcile, and maintain vendor data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- 1 years of Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience within a large corporate environment.
- Experience within the entertainment, media, or marketing industries is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other data analysis functions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle Fusion is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
