- Pay Rate Range - $40-$5/HR ON W2 (NO C2C)
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and Jira boards across multiple workstreams
- Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and forecasts; flag risks early
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and meeting summaries
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
- Manage risk and issue logs through resolution
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of project coordination experience
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, financial analysis)
- Experience with budgets, invoices, POs, and financial reconciliation
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or SharePoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Experience on large-scale enterprise or $10M initiatives
- Exposure to global/cross-functional teams
- Smartsheet automations or Clarity MyPPM experience
