- Start: ASAP
- Hourly rate: $50ph
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from intake and scoping through execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, design, production, and marketing stakeholders.
- Oversee projects across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, and event marketing assets.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Manage incoming requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with brand standards and business goals.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with creative and production teams.
- Must be based in New York.
