What are the responsibilities and job description for the Influencer / Creator Marketing Coordinator - Part Time position at Solomon Page?
We're looking for an Influencer / Creator Marketing Coordinator to support the VP and Sr. Manager of Global Creator Marketing on creator partnerships for a medical aesthetics client, plus additional agency accounts in fashion retail and luxury hospitality.
- NYC local - hybrid
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- 6 months
- $30-35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Support creator research, sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day communications
- Manage campaign trackers, timelines, briefing docs, and contracting/admin coordination
- Own creator content coordination through regulatory (PRC) review — submission prep, feedback tracking, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery
- Monitor posting status and usage rights, and maintain organized asset libraries and campaign documentation
- Support creator invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting inputs
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Social, Media, Creative, and Account teams
Required Qualifications:
- Ideally experience in medical aesthetics or beauty
- Background working in heavily regulated marketing environments, with experience navigating legal/medical/regulatory review processes
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active partnerships at once
- Must be based in New York
