Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to high-visibility, impactful projects. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices to build high-quality, outcome-driven products.

• Pay range :$80/hr on w2 to $90/hr on w2
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of delivering outcome-driven engineering solutions that solve complex business and customer problems
• Act as a technical advocate, ensuring code quality, feasibility, and alignment with business goals
• Lead and contribute to requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, integration, and ongoing support
• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering) to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Develop customer-centric solutions through rapid experimentation and iterative development
• Embrace Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to enable continuous delivery and automation across the SDLC
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and approaches to improve product delivery
• Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions
• Foster a collaborative environment, contribute to team success, and actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence stakeholders through data-driven decisions
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required)
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices
• 5 years of hands-on experience with multiple technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, Golang, and SQL/NoSQL
• 5 years of experience in Azure cloud-native development, including microservices and FaaS/PaaS architectures
• Solid experience with Agile, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, and SRE practices
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and shifting priorities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
