A Well-Known Footwear, Apparel, and Accessory Brand based in Boston, MA is looking for a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to support its Chief Operating Officer who is amazing! Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable high-level/C-level executive administrative support experience (open to industry!) and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal person should be extremely polished, professional, proactive, smart, dynamic, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills. Great place to work. This position is hybrid and based out of the Boston office.

- Pay rate: $45 per hour
- Some additional support for Impact Capital executives
- 9:00AM - 5:30PM
- Mon-Thurs in office Friday WFH
- Flexibility for Wednesdays WFH but not every week
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to the COO; additional support for Impact Capital executives as needed.
- Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, conferences, and appointments; create agendas and prepare and distribute meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
- Minimum 5 years of applicable high-level/C-level executive administrative support experience. Open to industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Polished, professional, and proactive.
- Smart and dynamic.
- Reliable; detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills (especially writing!).
