A Well-Known American Technology Company is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to support their CEO. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of 1:1 executive administrative experience supporting a C-level executive in a robust, reputable, fast-paced, high-growth environment (open to public or private co./organization) and a Bachelor’s degree and U.S. Citizenship is required. They should be incredibly polished and professional, extremely proactive (360 holistic view), detail-oriented, confidential/discrete, NYC savvy, able to multi-task and prioritize well, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), a good sense of humor, a strong work ethic, and a high level of EQ & IQ. The CEO’s time is consistently spent on the most strategic and high-impact priorities, so this person must be able to execute meetings and travel seamlessly, proactively identify and implement process improvements, and make the CEO feel supported, informed, and well-prepared.   • Salary depends on experience (175-250k base), plus discretionary bonus eligibility equity (approx. 225-300k total comp).
  • Hours are 7:30/7:45am – 6:00/6:15pm when the CEO is in the office (however, when she is out of the office the standard hours are 8:30am-5:30pm), with flexibility. 5 days in office. 24/7 mentality.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive high-level executive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Own and manage a complex, high-volume, ever-changing calendar and scheduling demands with precision and foresight.
  • Act as gatekeeper and the first line of prioritization for the CEO, including triaging requests, communications, and meetings in real time.
  • Coordinate and support logistics, materials, agendas, and communications for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, visas, documentation, etc.
  • Manage and execute personal administrative responsibilities.
  • Stay closely connected to team and company priorities; anticipate organizational needs and serve as a pulse-check for the business.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a primary 1:1 executive partner supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree and U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A master of prioritization and organization; able to thrive in complexity and bring clarity to chaos.
  • Exceptional communicator across all formats – clear, concise, thoughtful, and rooted in data.
  • Proactive, forward-thinker who anticipates needs and plans several steps ahead.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented; able to take initiative and find ways to continuously improve how things get done.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, driven by purpose, and motivated to have a meaningful impact.
