A leading Private Equity Investment Firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to join its growing admin support staff! This person will be supporting a 3-4p Capital Formation team, which is responsible for raising capital, managing IR and strategic growth, etc. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, ideally supporting a team within financial services (strongly preferred/required), and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidates should be incredibly polished and professional, extremely organized and smart, possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Salary depends on experience (120-140k base) plus generous discretionary bonus eligibility, 100% company paid benefits, free lunch, etc.
- Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility as needed. 5 days in office (gorgeous offices!).
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing with good judgment.
- Own end-to-end meeting logistics — scheduling, room booking, agenda preparation, materials distribution, and follow-up action tracking.
- Serve as a key liaison between team members, external stakeholders, and the senior executive’s EA to maintain alignment across leadership priorities.
- Anticipate scheduling needs and flag conflicts before they arise; maintain a forward-looking view of team commitments.
- Arrange extensive domestic travel for multiple executives simultaneously, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Build detailed, accurate travel packages that account for time zones, preferences, and contingencies.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses; submit and manage reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Stay ahead of itinerary changes and proactively rebook or adjust as needed with minimal disruption.
- Minimum 4 years of applicable high-level administrative experience, ideally supporting a team within financial services (strongly preferred/required).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Extremely polished and professional.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
