- Location: Tri-state area (Hybrid)
- Salary Range: $150K - $165K bonus benefits
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and executive-level presentations.
- Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for key business decisions.
- Evaluate business cases for new products, programs, or capital investments.
- Support pricing analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and ROI modeling.
- Partner with business leaders to explain results, variances, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into league and team expenses to identify structural inefficiencies, spending anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities well beyond standard variance reporting.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in strategic finance function (Corporate Finance or FP&A).
- Understanding of accounting principles, including income statement analysis, balance sheet analysis and cash flow statement analysis
- Experience using large data sets to create automated reporting dashboards and visualizations that are easy to use and digest.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
