- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $145,000 – $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Mentor and develop HR operations team members, fostering growth and professional development.
- Evaluate and enhance training and management development programs.
- Oversee HR documentation, personnel records, and regulatory filings to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the CHRO and senior leadership to align HR goals with organizational strategy
- Streamline hiring, performance management, and career development processes
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems
- Develop and execute HR operations strategy aligned with business goals
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple HR functions
- Experience in the financial services industry and scaling company workforces from 150 to 400 employees
- Professional certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR
- Extensive understanding of HR principles, best practices, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
