Solomon Page is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Director of Human Resources Operations to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and scale HR processes to support our client’s growth and culture. In this critical leadership role, you will leverage technology and data to deliver efficient HR services and foster a positive, productive work environment.

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $145,000 – $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Mentor and develop HR operations team members, fostering growth and professional development.
  • Evaluate and enhance training and management development programs.
  • Oversee HR documentation, personnel records, and regulatory filings to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and senior leadership to align HR goals with organizational strategy
  • Streamline hiring, performance management, and career development processes
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems
  • Develop and execute HR operations strategy aligned with business goals


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple HR functions
  • Experience in the financial services industry and scaling company workforces from 150 to 400 employees
  • Professional certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR
  • Extensive understanding of HR principles, best practices, laws, and regulations
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
