- Pay rate :$30/hr on w2 to $32/hr on w2
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and communication system issues .
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device issues .
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary .
- Create concise, accurate, and informative tickets within the ticketing system .
- Follow up on open tickets in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved completely.
- Document troubleshooting steps and technical support processes clearly .
- Prioritize multiple support requests while working efficiently under pressure .
- Deliver excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication .
- Experience working with ticketing systems and technical support documentation .
- Strong knowledge of Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device support .
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment .
- Comfortable working flexible hours when needed .
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or help desk support required .
- Strong computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies .
