- Salary: 180-220k bonus & equity
- Develop and improve product costing models to better understand margins and profitability
- Implement and maintain standard costing across the business
- Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs, labor, and overhead
- Support inventory accounting, including reserves and cost of goods sold
- Lead variance analysis (price, volume, efficiency) and explain key drivers
- Build reporting and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Assist with audit readiness and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Help improve systems and processes, including ERP and cost tracking tools
- 7 years of accounting experience, with a focus on cost accounting in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of inventory and cost of goods sold
- Experience with standard costing and variance analysis
- Background working with ERP systems
- CPA or public accounting experience is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both finance and operations teams
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
