Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for specialized roles, maintenance, operations, dispatch, customer service, corporate functions, and technical needs
- Building and managing steady pipelines
- Sourcing through LinkedIn, specialty boards, industry networks, and academic channels
- Conducting initial screens and coordinating interviews, managing travel logistics
- Keeping the ATS organized and maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Supporting onboarding and contributing to a consistent new hire experience
- Participating in recruiting projects, hiring process improvements, and industry events as needed
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience
- Comfortable managing 10 to 15 active roles at once
- Strong communication, organization, and follow through
- Ability to learn technical roles and certification requirements
- Experienced with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- A fast moving environment with broad hiring needs
- Training and support as you learn the space
- Early ownership once ramped
- A path to full time conversion for a strong performer
