- Hybrid rotating schedule in Oxford, MS office for first 5-6 weeks, then new shift by workforce management after that.
- Monday-Friday, hours vary; must be ok with working any time between 7:00AM-7:00PM
- Schedules will vary based on business needs and shift bids. Flexibility is a must.
- $18-$19.50/hour depending on experience
- Manage inbound inquiries on behalf of clients, acting as an extension of their brand.
- Maintain professionalism while assisting customers and resolving questions or issues.
- Build comprehensive product and process knowledge to effectively support customers within established business guidelines.
- Identify customer needs, research solutions using multiple systems (up to 10 simultaneously), and analyze data for accurate resolutions.
- Provide accurate information and guidance while educating customers when appropriate.
- Build trust through efficient issue resolution and by offering added value whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and leverage internal tools/processes for next-level resolutions.
- Meet or exceed inquiry response times—some governed by client contractual service levels.
- Escalate issues appropriately following established business processes and timelines.
- Meet personal and team production metrics and quality targets.
- Adhere to strict scheduling and attendance guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.:
- Minimum 1 year in a customer support role or equivalent education.
- Experience in tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate industries preferred.
- Contact center experience is a plus.

- Attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and collaboration skills.
