Role overview:
- Contract role: 9 months
- Pay: $30-$35/hr on W2
- Lead the end-to-end execution of consumer and clinical studies, specifically for the antiperspirant and deodorant (APD) category, using both internal resources and external Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Develop and assemble technical dossiers and support documentation to validate advertising claims, product performance, and competitive advantages.
- Design innovative research protocols utilizing various methodologies such as expert grading, bioinstrumentation, and image analysis to meet specific project briefs.
- Analyze raw clinical data and draft comprehensive study reports to provide actionable insights for product development and marketing teams.
- Manage essential logistics including subject recruitment, sample shipments, database maintenance, and the administrative archiving of study invoices and protocols.
- Bachelor of Science in Biology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field, supplemented by 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record in antiperspirant and deodorant (APD) testing, including deep knowledge of official industry-standard evaluation protocols and official testing guidelines.
- Expert in designing cosmetic efficacy studies across multiple categories and managing direct collaborations with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) for clinical and consumer trials.
- Skilled in managing technical protocols, performing statistical data analysis, and maintaining internal records for claim-substantiation and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, non-routine tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict accountability for project milestones and independent follow-ups.
