Opportunity Awaits.
- Salary: 100-130k Bonus
- Mondays-Thursdays in office; Fridays remote
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Run financial reports and assist advisors with client-related needs.
- Interface with the broker/dealer to resolve account discrepancies.
- Open new accounts and manage all related documentation.
- Process incoming and outgoing funds.
- Schedule appointments with existing and prospective clients.
- Organize and maintain client files in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational support for the advisor and clients.
- 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a brokerage environment; brokerage experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of career longevity and stability; the ideal candidate is not a job hopper.
- Experience with Advisor Getaway strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, ideally within a wealth management or brokerage environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Finance or related degree a plus.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
- Must successfully pass a background check
