- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
- Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Supervise and support a small accounting/AP-AR team, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight
- Monitor high-volume transaction workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation processes
- Review aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist in month-end close activities related to AR and AP functions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the department
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Prior experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable required
- Industry experience in Infrastructure & Equipment preferred
- Experience supervising or leading an AP/AR or accounting team strongly preferred
- High-volume transactional environment experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
