Role overview:
- Contract Role: 10 months (possible extension)
- Pay: $33.08/hr on W2
- Execute daily payment postings, handle exceptions, manage complex discounts/deductions, and perform manual SAP entries to keep subledgers accurate.
- Monitor and resolve SAP billing blocks for direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale partners to minimize delays and protect revenue targets.
- Process ACH, wire, and check payments in alignment with department standards while supporting internal retail and company store sales billing.
- Update Power BI dashboards daily, compile data for key I2C metrics, and assist with digital transformation and SAP S4 readiness initiatives.
- Proactively identify financial risks, assist with account reconciliations, and collaborate with credit and deduction teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with supply chain teams to resolve missing sales or pricing issues, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support new brand integrations.
- Bachelor's degree and prior experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable or finance support role, preferably within CPG or e-commerce.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Power BI, with a strong focus on data accuracy and root-level investigation.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with large ERP systems like SAP ECC or S4/HANA, with High Radius exposure being a strong plus.
- Ability to work well in a team setting while taking direction from senior analysts and leads.
- Committed to maintaining high quality standards, reliability, and precision when managing repetitive, complex data sets.
- Focused on meeting daily task deadlines, achieving results, and maintaining clear communication regarding status updates and escalations.
