Position: Director, Clinical Reimbursement

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Pay Rate: $86/hr

Schedule: Day Schedule - Director will oversee the MDS departments at both SSI and RNH.

Duties:

• Must understand Medicaid and Medicare case mix processes, RUGS categories, and other clinical reimbursement opportunities.
• Must provide education on MDS guidelines and PPS requirements to staff.
• Maintains continuous learning and working knowledge of key reimbursement regulations and policies.
• Shares industry standards with leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in a healthcare or related field, consistent with the duties to be performed.
• NYS Registered Nurse License.
• RAC-CT. Preferred
