Job Description
- Pursue and develop prospective clients via call lists, internet research, referrals, professional directories, and personal investigation
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with current customers
- Leverage the sales process to manage opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Work collaboratively with team members to execute deliverables, maximize profits, and meet deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Participate in relevant job skill training
- Ability to travel
- Familiarity with standard programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in commercial printing is a plus but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting Salary Range: $52,000 Commission
- Uncapped commission structure
- Yearly income potential over $150,000
