What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Solo Pane?
*Note: starting hourly pay range noted above does not include tips. Base pay will be 17/hr, but the house-pooled tip-out increases pay by $4-7 per hour each pay period regardless of position worked.
Solo Pane e Pasticceria is an Italian bakery and cafe in downtown Bath, Maine! We produce wholesale baked goods that reach along the coast in Maine and operate a retail storefront Italian pastry shop with espresso bar that will serve the local community year round.
We are seeking 2 responsible part time Dishwasher(s) to work the following:
- 10a-4p Thursday through Sunday (~24hrs)
- 7a-3p Friday through Sunday (~24hrs)
Please note that this job is also a physically demanding position that involves bending, lifting (up to 50lbs), twisting, squatting and reaching.
List of Responsibilities include:
- operating the dish machine
- cleaning and putting away of the day's dirty dishes, pots and pans
- maintaining cleanliness of the dish area and back entrance
- taking out trash and recycling as it accumulates
- occasionally putting away supply orders
- occasionally completing pack outs as requested by baking team
