Reports Developer / Power BI DeveloperHybrid – 2 Days Onsite (Monday & Wednesday)Catered Lunches on WednesdaysAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Power BI–focused Reports Developer who thrives in a smaller, collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for someone who not only builds dashboards from scratch, but also thinks deeply about why those dashboards matter—guiding stakeholders, asking the right questions, and transforming business needs into actionable insights.The core of this role is Power BI development, SQL, and data modeling. Candidates with experience building models (not just using pre-built ones) will stand out. Additional experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or Salesforce reporting is highly desirable.Essential Job FunctionsPower BI Development & Dashboarding (Primary Focus)Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards from scratch—including dataset creation, modeling, transformations, and visual design.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and guide them toward the most effective dashboard solutions.Exercise strong critical thinking: focus on what the customer needs, not just what they request—help shape their decision-making through strong business acumen.Build and enhance underlying data models to support reporting needs.
