SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of restaurant equipment, duties, and ability to follow recipes
- Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude's standards
- Ability and willingness to collaborate
- Good hygiene and cleanliness are required
- Efficient food preparation and cleaning practices
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lift 30 lbs.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the ordering system
- Become knowledgeable about the Stone Haus menu and be able to make recommendations and answer guests' questions
- Prepare coffee and breakfast items for morning shifts
- Effectively assemble wraps and pizza in a presentable manner
- Ensure lobby is always stocked and clean
- Help the restaurant manager complete additional tasks as needed
