POSITION SUMMARY 

 

The Over the Counter (OTC) Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of OTC product fulfillment, fleet routing, and inventory logistics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and quality assurance of members and medical center orders. The OTC Coordinator also oversees kiosk operations, manages returns and inquiries, and supports continuous process improvement within the fulfillment department.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordinate and oversee fleet routing and daily delivery planning to ensure efficient and timely order distribution.
  • Fulfill and process all OTC orders, including scanning and labeling of packages to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage and process all product returns and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service.
  • Responsible for fulfilling bulk orders for medical centers in an organized and timely manner.
  • Set up and maintain OTC kiosks across various locations, performing monthly checks to ensure functionality and inventory levels.
  • Continue to assist with warehouse functions such as shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and performing inventory counts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventories.
  • Support cross-functional communication with customer service, logistics, and other departments to streamline OTC fulfillment operations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.  
  • Good computer skills, math skills and comprehension of written procedures.  
  • Good command of the English language for safety reasons, to read instructions, write product labels and communicate with peers.  
  • Must be fluent in Spanish 
  • Previous warehouse, shipping or inventory experience preferred.  
  • Highly detail oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy in all tasks.  
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.  
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends if business needs arise.

This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.  The work is performed indoors.  Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. May be sitting for a prolonged period.

 

The work schedule is approximate, and hours/days may change based on company needs. All full-time employees are required to complete forty (40) hours per week as scheduled, including weekends and holidays as needed. May require some OT during varying seasons of the year.

  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted; frequently lift and/or move up to 60-70 pounds.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
