Job Description
Solis Construction is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals with experience in residential and commercial concrete construction. We specialize in concrete footings, foundation walls, and structural concrete work. We’re looking for team members who take pride in quality craftsmanship, show up ready to work, and value safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Layout, excavate, and prepare footing locations
- Build, set, and strip footing and wall forms
- Install rebar and reinforcement according to plans
- Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete footings and foundation walls
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with material handling and job site cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- 2 years of concrete or foundation construction experience preferred
- Experience with footing and wall forming systems
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- 8–10 hour shifts
Pay
17.00 -25.00 per hour, based on experience.
