What You’ll Do
- Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, appliances, etc.)
- Assist with apartment turns including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Maintain property grounds, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Help keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked
- Track completed work and report major repairs or replacements
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of maintenance experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
- EPA/HVAC certification or CPO is a plus (not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and bending
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
