Who are we looking for? An experienced HR Business partner to support the Leadership team with operational HR and business goals to ensure a high performing and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities Managing employee relations, recruitment, talent management, championing a great workplace culture. Candidate Profile Experience as a standalone HR Business Partner, confident to play an active role supporting the Leadership team, ideally CIPD Level 5. Experience of Workday would be beneficial.
