To support our continued growth and operational excellence journey, we are looking for a Group Continuous Improvement Data Expert to help deploy the Focused Improvement pillar across our manufacturing network, with a strong focus on Productivity and Yield. Your Mission, In this role you will support the deployment of structured improvement initiatives across Solina’s manufacturing sites. You will combine Continuous Improvement expertise with strong data and digital capabilities to help sites identify losses, monitor performance, improve efficiency and implement sustainable best practices. You will work closely with site leadership teams, cross-functional stakeholders and the Group Continuous Improvement community to translate data into actionable performance improvements. The role reports to the Group Continuous Improvement Manager, based in Rennes (France). Key Responsibilities Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Plans Support sites in creating and following up Masterplans, Savings Books and concrete efficiency actions. Help teams identify, prioritize and execute structured Continuous Improvement projects. Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and coach teams in Lean and CI methodologies. Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis Support site leadership teams in defining KPIs, loss measurements and performance tracking systems. Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel. Define standard digital tools and deploy them to help sites with real-time performance management. Support sites in loss analysis, capacity studies, bottleneck identification, benchmarking and the translation of data insights into clear action plans. Best Practice Sharing Develop and promote systems to share best practices across sites, functions and the CI community. Drive consistency in tools, methods, ways of working and performance follow-up across the manufacturing network. Support the deployment of proven solutions to accelerate performance improvement at group level. Your Profile You have solid experience in industrial environments and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. You are comfortable working both strategically and operationally, and you know how to move from diagnosis to concrete action. Solid experience in an industrial environment, ideally more than 5 years. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and structured Continuous Improvement projects. Black Belt certification preferred, or a proven track record of delivering significant operational improvements. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI development, performance tracking and data-based decision-making. Advanced level with digital tools such as Excel, Power BI (create reports) and ERP systems. Able to translate data insights into practical improvement actions. Pragmatic, structured, proactive and autonomous. Strong team player and relationship builder. Able to work in an international and changing environment.
