About The Team
The North America Sales organization is a high-impact, results-driven team responsible for expanding Solifi’s footprint across the secured finance ecosystem—including banks, independent finance companies, private credit funds, OEM captives, and other specialty lenders. The team is comprised of Account Executives focused on driving growth within existing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and Sales Executives responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding Solifi’s market presence. This group is central to Solifi’s success and represents the face of our brand to the market—collaborating closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and other cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience and sustained business growth.
About the Position As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within Solifi’s existing customer base across our secured finance technology portfolio. This role is focused exclusively on growing software and services bookings by developing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships - helping them realize additional value through the adoption of new Solifi solutions, modules, and services.
You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion that align with each customer’s strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong commercial discipline, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate customer business priorities into technology outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy, pipeline, and forecast for assigned existing accounts—driving software, services, and renewal bookings through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Develop multi-year account plans and executive relationship maps to position Solifi as a trusted, strategic partner.
- Identify whitespace opportunities within each account, proactively introducing complementary Solifi products and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional Services to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes that reinforce customer loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level proposals and business cases that clearly articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and business value.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions with customers to align Solifi roadmaps with customer goals.
- Maintain rigorous sales hygiene in Salesforce CRM, with accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and use of established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
- Produce weekly forecasts and account updates, contributing to organizational visibility and predictability of revenue.
- Represent Solifi at customer events and industry forums as a knowledgeable, trusted advocate for the brand.

- 10 years of enterprise SaaS or fintech sales experience, ideally in commercial lending, banking, or specialty finance.
- Proven success expanding revenue within existing customers—driving renewals, upsells, and cross-product adoption.
- Strong executive communication skills, able to frame solutions in business terms and facilitate strategic dialogue with C-suite leaders.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, contract renewals, and customer value realization.
- Proficiency with modern selling frameworks (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Miller Heiman) and Salesforce CRM discipline.
- Collaborative mindset—thrives in partnership with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure customer outcomes.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
