About The Team

Our product management team is at the leading edge of championing those products that will best align with driving our customers’ business outcomes on the Solifi's open finance platform. We work in close collaboration with all groups across Solifi, regularly partnering with Technology, Marketing, Services , and Sales to drive the formation, acceptance, go to market and operational readiness of new solutions that enable key business goals for our customers. We champion, grow, manage, and drive outcomes for solutions that contribute directly to the bottom line. And we bring our energy and discipline for product management to the organization, our internal partners, and our customers every day in pursuit of offering solutions that are market drivers in the industries we serve.

About the Position As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You’ll transform business challenges into actionable solutions that delight customers and influence product strategy. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will help own how the product works today and define how it will evolve tomorrow. You’ll serve as a trusted liaison between customers and the product owner, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Role and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional design documentation, including functional requirements, business use cases, and acceptance criteria that guide successful delivery
• Be a subject matter expert for the product and own how the product functions today and help drive and define how it will evolve tomorrow
• Work with Product Management on key strategic items and lead working committees
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the customer and product owners, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle
• Support internal teams with product knowledge and assist customers in understanding new features
• Follow design standards/procedures
• Create training videos on new features and write release notes for defects
• Provide high-level estimates upon request for new development projects
• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects simultaneously
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skills
• Participate in industry events and stay current on upcoming trends in the market

About You

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for turning complexity into clarity
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and Agile methodologies
• 2-4 or more years of progressive experience within business analytics or related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across technical and business teams
• Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of the industry to the completion of complex assignments
• Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
• Ability to listen to customers or business experts, analyze their requirements and supply solutions
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and use case modeling is a plus
• Industry knowledge in finance or leasing is helpful but not required
