Key Responsibilities
- Process & Logistical Control: Analyze project schedules, task flows, and operational dependencies across active work strands.
- Impact Modeling: Evaluate project risks, modeling the cascading effect of delayed metrics on prime contractor schedules.
- Documentation & Briefs: Draft formal program status briefs, performance metric trackers, and documentation for prime leadership.
- Project Scheduling Platforms: Deep proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Open Plan.
- Financial & Matrix Tracking: Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, including tracking EAC, ETC, and project utilization rates.
- Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance.
