We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Construction Accounting Clerk to join our East Hartford team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction accounting experience who wants to contribute and grow with our organization.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following:

· Process accounts payable invoices for multiple companies

· Maintain required vendor compliance documentation

· Assist with vendor payments, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations

· Help ensure construction costs are properly allocated to the correct projects

· Prepare audit support documentation and related paperwork

· Provide project reports as requested by management

· Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries

· Support the finance team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry

· Basic understanding of bookkeeping and cost accounting principles

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Experience with Sage 300 CRE accounting software preferred

Job Details

Location: In-Person Onsite in East Hartford, CT

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Employment Type: Full-time; part-time will be considered for the right candidate

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
