What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant & Executive Driver position at Solidoors?
Executive Driver & Personal Assistant
Location: South Florida
Type: Full-Time
Environment: Fast-paced, entrepreneurial, highly dynamic
Overview
We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and professional Executive Driver & Personal Assistant to support a busy executive across multiple businesses in the construction and real estate industries.
The primary responsibility of this role is driving. The executive spends a significant amount of the workday in the car traveling between meetings, construction sites, and appointments throughout Miami and South Florida. Because many calls, conversations, and decisions happen while driving, the candidate must understand that the car is often an active workspace where efficiency, timing, and responsiveness matter.
This role requires someone who values efficiency and can adapt quickly to changing schedules, traffic conditions, and shifting priorities throughout the day. The executive places a high value on immediacy, responsiveness to traffic patterns, and maintaining forward momentum whenever possible.
This is also a nontraditional role with nontraditional hours. Some days move at a very fast pace with constant movement, while others are slower and more flexible. The ideal candidate is steady, dependable, and comfortable operating in both environments.
In addition to driving, the role includes personal assistant responsibilities and requires someone with a mindset that no task is beneath them. Responsibilities may range from calendar management and coordinating logistics to handling errands and supporting day-to-day needs.
For someone interested in business, entrepreneurship, construction, or real estate, this role offers firsthand exposure to executive operations and decision-making within fast-moving companies.
