Roofing Sales Representative

We're growing fast, and we're looking for hungry salespeople who want to earn serious commission helping homeowners with storm damage and insurance claims. This is a field sales role. You'll be in neighborhoods, building trust with homeowners, walking roofs, and closing contracts. The more you put in, the more you make — there is no ceiling. What You'll Do:- Canvass neighborhoods after storm events and identify homes with roof damage- Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on what their insurance covers- Walk homeowners through the claims process from start to finish- Close signed contracts and hand jobs off to our experienced production crew- Build your territory and grow a referral pipeline over time. What We Offer: Competitive commission — top reps earn $60,000–$120,000 per year. We teach you the insurance side, the claims process, and everything you need to know about it. What We're Looking For: Prior sales experience preferred — door-to-door, auto, insurance, retail, anything counts- Self-motivated and not afraid of rejection- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Ability to safely climb a ladder and inspect a roof- Honest, coachable, and ready to work.
