Our Corporate office, located in Audubon, PA, is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Intern! This position is based fully onsite,
What You Will Do:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assisting with job postings and screening resumes.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintaining and updating employee files and databases.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of HR documentation.
- Payroll and HR Administration:
- Assisting with payroll processes and data entry.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Employee Engagement and Development:
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with employee training and development programs.
- Research and Compliance:
- Researching HR best practices and policies.
- Supporting HR compliance efforts.
- Special projects and other job duties as assigned.
You Have/Are:
- At least 18 years old
- Seeking employment in a related field, such as HR, Organizational Development, Business Management
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office successfully
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel.
