Our company is currently searching for a working Construction Foreman! We are looking for a motivated self-starter to support taking the team to the next level. This position is fully onsite and will be located (primarily) at our Pioneer Crossing Landfill located in Birdsboro, PA. 

What You Will Do:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of assigned projects, including but not limited to, purchasing, vendor management and construction processes
•  Oversee and manage sitework/infrastructure construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and construction crews
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review civil & construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used.
• Implement OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Ensure equipment is being properly maintained and utilized
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications
•  Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

You Have/Are:

• 5 years commercial construction project management and working foreman experience
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction
• OSHA, DEP working knowledge
• Proficient in reading survey stakes, civil drawings/contours, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Excellent organization and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to recognize and meet deadlines
• Experience with computers and scheduling
• Experience with construction software is a plus
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products
