Floor Technician

Location: Charleston, SC

Full-time position| 2nd and 3rd Shift | Paid Training Provided

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team! You’ll help care for some of the most impressive commercial spaces in the country by providing expert floor and surface maintenance.

We provide all training and equipment — you bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood

Follow safety protocols and quality standards

Work as part of a team and occasionally travel (up to 10%)

Requirements

Who Are You:

• Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• A clean background is required for most client sites
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with floor care is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
