About the RoleAs an Operations Manager, you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. You will oversee labor management, quality control, safety protocols, and financial performance while fostering a strong team culture and exceeding client expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Client Management – Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership – Hire, train, and manage a skilled operations team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Scheduling & Workforce Management – Oversee scheduling to optimize efficiency and ensure smooth coordination with the sales and solutions teams.
- Operational Excellence – Implement best practices to enhance productivity, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
- Asset & Financial Oversight – Manage divisional assets, fleet, and equipment while collaborating with accounting for proper invoicing and financial tracking.
- Performance Monitoring – Track key performance indicators (KPIs), take corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements

- Proven experience managing teams and driving operational success.
- Strong business acumen with basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
