Experienced Stone Refinisher

Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Stone Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our expanding markets. As a foreman refinisher, you’ll use your expertise in buffing, stripping, filling, honing, polishing and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for following work order instructions and leading your crews to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards in a timely manner

• Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools

• Use of floor machines and large equipment

• Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles

• Successfully complete all required safety and training modules

• Work 2nd/ 3rd shift with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends

• Occasional travel (Use of Company Van, Daily Per Diem, and Individual Hotel Room)

• Minimum 3 years experience in Stone Refinishing and Floor Restoration

• Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record

• Effective communication skills – both written and verbal

• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 50lbs

• High level of attention to detail/cleanliness and ability to perform top quality restoration work
