Solid Source Foundations, LLC is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. We work on commercial, government, and residential concrete projects and are looking for dependable, skilled individuals who take pride in quality work.
Responsibilities
- Set, pour, level, and finish concrete (slabs, foundations, footings, flatwork)
- Use hand and power tools (trowels, screeds, floats, edgers, etc.)
- Read and follow basic project plans and instructions
- Ensure concrete meets finish and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of previous concrete finishing experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must follow safety guidelines at all times
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
