Guided by our faith-based values, we strive to build lasting relationships, provide exceptional financial guidance, and deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience to everyone we serve.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally professional Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our operations. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our executive office, bridging the gap between our advisors, our valued clients, and our internal systems. You will act as the primary gatekeeper and trusted administrative partner, anticipating executive needs, optimizing daily operations, and managing complex workflows so our team can focus on delivering outstanding financial stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant, your primary focus will be managing dynamic executive calendars, coordinating complex meeting schedules, and meticulously preparing our advisors for critical client engagements. You will handle sensitive and confidential correspondence, act as the first point of contact for high-level client inquiries, and ensure all communications reflect our warm, faith-driven values. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, streamline CRM management utilizing Redtail, prepare comprehensive business reporting, coordinate vendor relationships, and assist in drafting financial planning materials, account paperwork, and executive presentations.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring three to five plus years of proven experience in an executive support, senior administrative, or high-level client relations role, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry. You should possess exceptional technical proficiency, including advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Redtail. Knowledge of annuities, investments, or financial portfolio management tools is a significant advantage, as is any current financial licensing or a willingness to obtain it.
Core Competencies and Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a systems-minded, client-focused, and growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying warmth, professionalism, and clarity in every single interaction. Unwavering attention to detail, strict confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving are absolutely essential. Most importantly, you must demonstrate a strong alignment with our Christian values, showcasing a natural desire to serve others with kindness, empathy, humility, and uncompromising integrity.
Success Metrics
Your success in this role will be measured by the overall efficiency of executive workflows, the accuracy and promptness of your administrative output, and the flawless management of our CRM data. Furthermore, your performance will be reflected in elevated client satisfaction, the optimized productivity of our advisory team, and your proactive ability to seamlessly anticipate the needs of the executives you support before they even ask.
Why Join Our Team
By joining Solid Rock Retirement Strategies, you become part of a deeply supportive, faith-based organization where your dedication and kindness make a tangible, meaningful impact on the lives and futures of our clients. We offer a highly collaborative environment that values your unique administrative contributions and provides ongoing opportunities for professional development and growth within a mission-driven firm.
