Position Summary
As a Commercial Lender, you’ll provide customized financial solutions to businesses while fostering strong relationships in the community. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and delivering tailored commercial lending options that support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new commercial lending opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and community engagement

• Review financial statements, tax returns, business plans, and other documents to evaluate creditworthiness and structure loans effectively

• Propose flexible, client-specific loan solutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and industry regulations

• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, excellent customer service, and a deep understanding of their business goals

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and a seamless client experience

• Stay informed on local market trends and economic conditions to identify risks and new business opportunities

• Conduct risk assessments and monitor loan performance to maintain high-quality loan portfolios

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or business banking

• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and balance sheets

• Knowledge of credit risk management principles and regulatory compliance
