Heavy Civil Project Manager – Fargo, ND
An established and highly respected heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in the Fargo, ND market. Key Responsibilities:

Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls

Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution

Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and project stakeholders

Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and monthly reporting

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Preferred Experience:
-
5 years of project management experience within heavy civil construction
-
Experience managing projects involving earthwork, underground utilities, site development, concrete, roadway, or related infrastructure work

Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration

Proficiency with construction management software; experience with HCSS HeavyBid, HeavyJob, AGTEK, or similar platforms is a plus

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
