The Opportunity
We are working with a growing commercial drywall and interiors contractor in the Syracuse market that is actively expanding its project portfolio. The company has recently secured significant work, including projects in the $10M range, with additional backlog building quickly.
They are looking to bring on a dedicated Project Manager to help support this growth and take ownership of key projects. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with clear visibility toward future leadership and operational responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial drywall and interiors projects from kickoff through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Drive project profitability and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.
