We are working with a respected and growing family law firm in Atlanta that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This firm focuses on delivering excellent client service in family law matters such as divorce, custody, adoption, and related litigation.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Georgia family law, be highly organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced litigation caseload with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings including petitions, motions, DRFAs, child support worksheets

Prepare and respond to discovery with appropriate objections

Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines
-
Assist with mediation, hearing, and trial preparation

Organize trial binders and finalize orders

Perform legal research and assist with drafting

Coordinate virtual court appearances and mediations
-
E-file documents using Odyssey and PeachCourt
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Georgia family law litigation

Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court procedures

Ability to work independently and anticipate case needs

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Word, basic case management software, and e-filing platforms

Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment
