What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Solid Rock Recruiting LLC?
I’m currently working with a firm who is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their team in their Charlotte office. This is an immediate need for someone with 2-5 years of experience in employment law and/or municipal law, along with a strong litigation background.
This opportunity offers the chance to step into an active caseload and work closely with a team that handles a variety of employment and municipal matters. The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable managing cases, drafting and arguing motions, and handling key aspects of litigation from start to finish.
What they’re looking for:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Background in employment law and/or municipal law preferred
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling cases independently and managing deadlines
- North Carolina bar admission
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to continue building their litigation skillset while being part of a collaborative and growing team.
If you’d be open to a confidential conversation, I’d be happy to share more details about the firm, compensation, and overall structure to see if it could make sense for you.
