Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI
A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant - Floater to join its Bloomfield Hills office. This experienced professional will provide support to attorneys across multiple practice areas and cover assistant vacations and leaves of absence. In addition to supporting the Bloomfield Hills location, this role may also provide remote assistance to other regional offices as needed.

Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years of litigation experience required
- Background in appellate, corporate, 1st and 3rd party matters, and estate planning is a plus
- Proficient in legal document preparation, file management, scheduling, billing, and phone coverage
- Experience with electronic court filing and electronic docketing systems
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local court rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and legal document management software
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
