POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of handling multiple large-scale commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM each.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial drywall projects
- Track record of successful $1MM project completion
- Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
- Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
- Excellent client relationship skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with general contractors and trades
- Lead project teams and field personnel
- Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with estimating team
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid (required)
- Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
- Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
