Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

The Opportunity

The owner is looking for someone who can come in, take a significant amount of the workload off his plate, and help position the company for its next phase, including a potential ownership transition down the road.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run both project management and estimating functions in a lean, team-oriented environment.
- Manage projects from bid through closeout, including client communication, change orders, and execution.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on repeat and negotiated work.
- Handle estimating using tools like On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.
- Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
- Step into a role where you “eat what you kill” and take ownership of your work.

Compensation
